The Arnold Palmer Learning Center - The First Tee of Pittsburgh

Massaro Corporation was awarded the new construction of a clubhouse located on the Bob O'Connor Golf Course at Schenley Park, formerly known as Schenley Park Golf Course. The First Tee of Pittsburgh runs the facility and the course as a public amenity.

The building features a steel frame with a concrete foundation and PVC aluminum siding mixed with brick for its two stories and basement. It also includes a kitchenette, program areas, multi-purpose space, grounds office, pantry, and pro shop. The second floor has a terrace while third floor of the structure is designated as storage.
