Pittsburgh Parking Authority - First Avenue Garage
This six-level, 435,000 square foot, 1,280 car parking garage was built with a pre-cast concrete structure and pre-cast panel facade.
The facility included three glass enclosed elevators and an escalator in the main lobby entrance. An extension to the Three Rivers Heritage Trail and a bicycle rental station were part of the plans, in order to encourage fitness and river life in the region.
