Penn Hills Charter School of Entrepreneurship

This project was made possible by the award of $1.5 million from the Pennsylvania Coalition of Public Charter Schools in May 2022 as part of Pennsylvania’s Charter School Program Grant.

The project consisted of the construction of a second floor addition to a section of the existing building and all associated modifications to the existing ground floor of the building for the addition. This included the new construction of two (2) stairwells and a new elevator to meet egress requirements. The addition was comprised of educational classroom spaces and new mechanical, electrical, plumbing systems to service the area.

Also included in the project were a new parking lot and access drive, revised walkways, and upgraded site stormwater systems for the property.
