Marriott - South Side SpringHill Suites
Massaro Corporation began work at the South Side Works SpringHill Suites after the shell framing construction was already erected. When another general contractor was unable to complete the scope of work, Massaro assumed general construction services.
The 85,000 square foot SpringHill Suites includes:
- Six floors comprised of 115 suite-style rooms including handicapped accessible units
- Spacious living/office areas, bedroom and wetbar/kitchenette
- Several state-of-the-art conference rooms
- High-tech furnishings within each suite
- Physical fitness center, indoor swimming pool, whirlpool
- Future first floor tenant retail space available
- Ample surface parking available
- Outdoor entertainment patio area overlooking the Monongahela River
