Holiday Inn Express - North Shore

Massaro Corporation constructed its third hotel located on Pittsburgh's North Shore in addition to the Marriott North Shore Residence Inn and the Marriott SpringHill Suites. To meet the demands of the market, this 10-story, 135 key hotel aesthetically complements the North Shore.

The masonry baring, precast structure featured a dramatic glass canopy entrance. The tight urban sight creates logistical challenges with deliveries and laydown areas. Careful consideration and safety programming were strategically planned to ensure the safety of pedestrian traffic as well as the Massaro team and subcontractors.
