Highmark - Fifth Avenue Place - 4th, 22nd, and 25th Floor
Massaro was awarded the 25th floor of the Highmark building on Fifth Avenue in August 2017. The fast track schedule was set by the owners and after a month, they selected Massaro to complete other renovations. While Massaro was renovating the 25th floor, a quarter of the 22nd floor and half of the 4th floor was added to the project scope.
The added floors also had fast track schedules. The project consisted of the renovations of open office space, several conference rooms, and an elevator lobby. A large kitchen and a small kitchenette was added on the 25th floor. All of the lighting and flooring was replaced on each of the floors as well. Each floor had MEP upgrades including, duct work, plumbing, HVAC systems, and new fire alarm systems. The 25th floor met the requirements to be silver certified in Well Building Standard.
