Fairmont State University - University Terrace
Massaro was awarded the construction of the student dormitory buildings at Fairmont State University via a hard bid.
The new structures consists of two, four-story light gauge metal and steel frame buildings with CMU stair and elevator towers.
The structure is two buildings linked with a glass enclosure connector. A third building on the site is three stories and is constructed of the same materials. New apartment living for the student population was built on an existing parking lot.
