Enerplus
Enerplus is located in the Southpointe Business Park, in Cecil Township, PA. It is a 10,000 square foot design/ build interior fit-out built for a Canadian-based Marcelus Shale company.
The project consisted of:
- 23 individual offices
- Two open-office areas housing 10 workstations
- Three conference rooms with teleconferencing capabilities, and related support areas.
- Replacement of the kitchen/break room casework
- Minor break room renovations
