Duquesne University College Hall MEP Upgrades
Massaro was chosen for the MEP upgrades and renovation of rooms 104 and 105 at Duquesne University, College Hall. MEP upgrades included replacing the building generators, fire pump, adding a sprinkler bulk main and standpipe, and updating the building's emergency power.
New carpet and seating was installed into rooms 104 and 105 prior to the renovations. We installed electrical power and AC plug-ins into the new seating. Massaro installed ADA compliant seating in the front of the classroom as well as handicap access doors.
