New interior finishes included new windows, kitchen, flooring, paint, new electrical service, HVAC, sprinklers and fire alarm. ADA compliant modifications were made to the first and second floors to increase accessibility for disabled residents and staff. This included an ADA compliant bedroom/bathroom suite, a new handicap ramp, and deck on the exterior on the first floor. Some of the first floor walls were also removed to open up the kitchen and dining areas. Two large shower/bathroom areas were added to the second floor.
