This project included demolition and renovation for 2 airport terminals over the course of 6 months.

FBO (Fixed Base Operations)

Total renovation of existing FBO terminal, including demolition of existing terazzo flooring, partitions, finishes & mechanical/electric/plumbing Equipment. Installation of new high end finishes, including operations center casework, quartz counter tops, decorative panels, ceramic tile finishes, stone veneer, & Live Edge wood mantle & commerical fireplace, light fixtures, automatic sliding entryway & new tile compas laser cut into flooring, new locker rooms, vending area & rental car suite. New Roof top mechanical units, digital lighting controls, & mechanical cooling systems. New offices for managment. New wood & metal ceilings, new kitchen galley & new Pilot lounge including two quiet rooms.

Charter Terminal

Demolition of existing finishes, installation of new ceramic tile floor, ceiling replacement & quartz counter tops for new casework. Installation of high end flooring & wall finishes.
