The first floor included the renovation of an existing 2,524 square foot gymnasium to accomodate the new cardiac rehab and associated physical therapy services. The remaining space on that floor included the chest disease and pulmonary practice rooms, waiting area and reception offices, as well as exam rooms, nurses stations, a radiology suite and support space.

The second floor renovation encompassed the relocation of the Comprehensive Sleep Disorders Center of NWPA. The renovation provided two new staff offices and cosmetic updates. A new lobby and waiting room along with a technologists room, clean and soiled storage, staff break room, and exam and sleep rooms were also incorporated.
