Massaro Corporation was hired to perform construction management services for the historic renovation of Allegheny College's Bentley Hall. Bentley Hall was the site of the college's first formal classes and has become Allegheny's most iconic and beloved building on campus. The renovations were spurred by a challenge gift of $7 million given by Henry and Patricia Bush Tippie, a 1956 graduate of the school. This dollar-for-dollar gift was given with the target of $14 million to cover the 200-year-old building's renovation and future maintenance.

The building houses the president's office, administration space, lobby, and an elevator. The project comprises four floors of interior renovation that feature historic windows, doors, plaster, lighting fixtures, and flooring. The exterior historic renovation includes the building's masonary facade.

Additionally, Bentley Hall received a new geothermal Well system and a new slate roof.
