AHN Forbes Perioperative
Massaro was awarded the phased renovation and addition of AHN Forbes Hospital Perioperative Services Department. The project was a 13,000 square foot in-fill addition and a 16,000 square foot renovations/relocation.
The two-story, in-fill addition will include a spread footer foundation and structural steel framing. The exterior elevation will boast a mix of metal panels and brick veneer skin.The first floor of the addition will house the central sterilization processing lab with new GI procedure rooms on the second floor.
The 16,000 sf phased interior renovation includes relocating the PACU, cardiac catheterization labs, EP labs and EP recovery rooms, hybrid OR, and upgraded men’s and women’s locker rooms. During the entire construction process the hospital will remain operational and with minimal disruption.
