The expansion features a simulation lab in which three simulated plant control interfaces will be incorporated into collaborative student stations to give learners a nearly authentic operational experience that reflects the industry-based roots of the Johnstown engineering programs.
Two classrooms support the laboratory environments, with one being equipped with 40 computer workstations and the other providing a larger scale lecture setting.
