Highmark - Fifth Avenue Place - 3rd Floor Conference Area

The project included demo and renovation to existing common area restrooms, elevator lobby renovations, and we added an emergency egress stairway leading to the floor below. Additionally, there were corridor improvements to the remaining existing spaces on the floor. The project also included all interior construction and finishes for conference rooms and supporting spaces.
This work was performed all adjacent to, and within occupied space. During construction, work was added to the project scope, which included additional interior construction. The project was
completed within budget. Massaro self-performed demo, metal studs, drywall, and acoustical ceilings.
