Flats on Fifth - Castlebrook Development Corporation
Castlebrook Development Corporation awarded Massaro Corporation the Flats of Fifth project located near PPG Paints Arena. Construction commenced in early June of 2015 on the seven story, 69 unit apartment building.
The site is located on the 1600 block of Fifth Avenue and is the first new construction apartment building for the community in more than 50 years. The structure has parking on two levels. Access to Level one parking is off of Fifth Avenue and level two parking is accessed off Our Way, the alley behind the site. Level two contains four residential units along with a conference area, lounge and fitness center. Levels three through seven have 14 units each. All units along Fifth Avenue have a balcony.
