Massaro’s relationship with Franciscan University began with the construction of Starvaggi Hall. We’ve been building on the Steubenville, Ohio campus ever since.

The four-phase Residential Revival project at Indiana University of Pennsylvania was completed. At completion it was the largest student housing replacement project in the country and all four phases are LEED Certified.

Massaro Construction Group (MCG) was formed to provide structure to the growing companies of Massaro, they include Massaro Corporation, Massaro Construction Management Services, LLC; Massaro Restoration Services, LLC; and Hogg Construction.
Massaro Design Build, LLC was created to provide a more streamlined way to present Design Build Services as a delivery choice for our customers. The company is led by the Manager of Design Build Services, Gretchen Kurzawa, a registered architect, and he is supported by a team of educated, young professionals representing an array of talents and design skills.
Massaro establishes the Women’s Cohort to provide female employees with better tools and skills to succeed in the traditionally male dominated construction industry.
Hogg Construction was purchased to provide access to the growing central Pennsylvania marketplace.
Hogg Construction became Massaro Building Company.
