Joseph A. Massaro III

Under his leadership and guidance, Massaro is on a journey to performance excellence for the benefit of our workforce, our customers and the community.
Joe III shares his time and business expertise by serving on the board of the Western Pennsylvania School for Blind Children, Gateway Rehabilitation Center, and his alma mater, Central Catholic High School
Steven M. Massaro
President, Massaro Corporation and Massaro CMS, LLC
After graduating from The Catholic University in 1987, Steven came to work at Massaro Corporation in a business development capacity. He was the first of the Massaro son’s to join his father in the family business. Since then, was promoted to vice president, business development and has fostered valuable relationships with our customers establishing a foundation of trust and integrity with all who work with us. His most recent promotion to the Senior VP of Massaro CMS is a welcome challenge.
Steven serves as the Board Chair at La Roche College; Vice President of the Board for the Master Builders’ Association of Western Pennsylvania; the Vice Chair for Auberle; and is on the Development Advisory Committee for Franciscan Sisters-TOR. Steven, like his father, believes in giving back; he is also a mentor and spends his time helping shape the future of young men.
Chief Financial Officer
Jim joined Massaro in 2016 as vice president, finance, and CFO. He brings with him more than 25 years of progressive experience in financial leadership, most recently as chief financial officer of Astorino, one of Western Pennsylvania’s largest integrated architectural, engineering and construction firms. His in-depth knowledge of the construction and professional service industries and understanding of nearly every facet of a closely-held business provide a great deal of value to the Massaro senior leadership team. Jim’s responsibilities include the oversight of finance, accounting, risk management, and information technology for Massaro Construction Group (MCG).
Jim has a master’s degree from the Duquesne University in business administration and a bachelor of science in accounting from the University of Maryland.
